Assembly Square is one of the newest additions to the LEGO Creator Expert modular buildings collection, and it’s a spectacular one at that. This set is an anniversary set, commemorating 10 years of the modular buildings line, and it’s packed full of amazing details and features.
There are a whopping 4002 pieces in this set, which makes it one of the largest LEGO sets ever released. It’s comprised of 9 different modules, each with its own unique and interesting features. The set can be configured in a variety of different ways, so you can create your own unique cityscape.
Some of my favorite features of Assembly Square include the dentist’s office, complete with a dentist’s chair and a waiting room full of patients; the city hall, with a beautiful gold-leafed dome; the ballet studio, with a mirrored wall and a barre; the bakery, with a delicious-looking oven and a counter full of pastries; and the restaurant, with a beautiful chandelier and a menu board.
There are also plenty of smaller details to be found throughout the set, such as a bird perched on a lamppost, a camera on a tripod, a carriage waiting at the curb, and a LEGO tower.
Assembly Square is a truly amazing set, and it’s sure to provide hours of enjoyment for LEGO fans of all ages. I highly recommend it!
